We ship across Colombia.
Medellín and the Valle de Aburrá (Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, La Estrella and the other municipalities): delivery with our courier costs $20.000 and arrives the same day. We deliver from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In the Valle de Aburrá you can pay on delivery depending on the product: you pay a 50% deposit and the rest when you receive it. We confirm on WhatsApp which products qualify. Devices from $5.000.000 are bought in the store or by paying 100% before shipping, to prevent fraud and theft.
Other cities: we ship with Interrapidísimo and the order arrives in 2 to 4 business days. The cost depends on the city and we confirm it on WhatsApp before shipping. Outside the Valle de Aburrá payment is made before shipping.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Withdrawal: if you bought through WhatsApp or this website, you have 5 business days from delivery to change your mind (Ley 1480 de 2011, article 47). The product must come back as it was delivered, with its box and accessories and without damage. Return shipping is on you and we refund your money.
Defects: if the product arrives with a defect, we replace it or give you store credit for another purchase. In that case we pay the shipping.
Warranty
New phones and products: 1 year supplier warranty.
Used phones: 3 month warranty.
To use the warranty bring the phone to the store in CC Monterrey or message us on WhatsApp. We receive the claim and handle it.
The warranty does not cover drops or broken screens, humidity or water damage, or phones opened or repaired by anyone other than the store or the brand.

What data we collect: what you write to us on WhatsApp to handle your purchase, and in the "Sell your phone" quote form your name, your neighborhood or town, the phone details and the photos you upload. Photos are stored in private storage and deleted automatically after 7 days. The cart is stored only in your browser.
What we use it for: only to quote, sell you or buy a phone from you and arrange delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which sections they use, and Microsoft Clarity to see anonymously how people browse (clicks, scrolling and session recordings). Clarity hides what you type in forms. Google Analytics and Clarity use cookies; you can block them in your browser.
Your rights (Ley 1581 de 2012): to know, update, correct and ask us to delete your data, and to revoke your authorization. Write to latiendadelamanzanatech@gmail.com. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
